Gabrielle Simone Bacon is a 17-year-old stage actress with more than nine years of theatre experience. A senior at Lamar Consolidated High School, she performs with the Mustang Playhouse Theatre Company under director Amber Gipson, where her recent roles include Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Mercy Lewis and Susanna Walcott in The Crucible, Grandma Addams in The Addams Family, and Marianne Angelle in The Revolutionists.
A specialist in legit singing, Gabrielle sings with a vocal range of E3 to C6: mezzo-soprano for a more theatre sound, soprano for a more choral sound. She is a soprano in the Lamar Consolidated varsity choir, which she serves as President, and she is Vice President of the Mustang Playhouse Theatre Company. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars.
Off stage she is known as a quick learner with a gift for physicality, and a few party tricks every director loves: screaming, and crying on demand.
